What we collect

• Search queries and eBay URLs you paste into SafePick. These are not tied to a user profile (we have no accounts or auth) and are used only to fetch eBay data.
• Anonymous analytics events such as page views and eBay link clicks. No personally identifiable information is stored.

Cookies

We set a single consent cookie (sp_consent) to remember whether you accepted or declined analytics tracking. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers.

Third-party services

• eBay Browse API & Partner Network— We fetch item data directly from eBay's official API. We also participate in the eBay Partner Network affiliate program. Clicks on "View on eBay" links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you.
• Google Gemini — We send trust-score breakdowns to Gemini to generate plain-English verdicts. No personal data is sent.
• MongoDB Atlas — We cache eBay results and store anonymous analytics in MongoDB Atlas.

Your rights

Because SafePick has no user accounts, there is nothing to delete. All cached data is ephemeral and expires automatically. If you have concerns, email us at hello@safepick.net.
